Meaningful Moments, Made Easier

GrandMinds creates dementia-friendly activities and caregiver education that help older adults with memory loss stay engaged, confident, and connected.

Our family’s journey with dementia—watching our mom/grandma live with dementia—showed us how much the right support and meaningful engagement can change a day. Founded by Lisa Schilthuis, OT, Alyssa Zehr, OT, and Elijah Schilthuis, MBA, we combine clinical expertise and real-world experience to make dementia care more supported and more doable.
